Job Description
Team Leaders act as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors. They should have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe and nurturing environment for students. A Team Leader's ability to establish authority and connections through leadership, communication, and, most importantly, patience will be required to give our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed. This position will require Team Leaders to make daily work plans for Middle School aged students. Team Leaders should expect to be in charge of up to 20 students at a time.
