Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic After School Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children after school hours. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a positive atmosphere where children feel supported, inspired, and motivated to learn and grow beyond the classroom. Duties Supervise children during after school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Activities include arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to promote respect and cooperation Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily experiences Follow first aid protocols and be prepared to respond promptly to medical emergencies using CPR or AED when necessary Requirements Experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings Ability to lead outdoor activities safely in various weather conditions and outdoor work environments Excellent child supervision skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm
