Department Ben Lippen Middle School Status Full-Time Time Period 40 hours/10 months Available August 1, 2026 Description Ben Lippen School is seeking middle school teachers (grades 5-8, various subject areas available) for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities A Ben Lippen middle school teacher is responsible to: teach up to six middle school classes per day. collaborate with other division/department members to supervise and implement the programs of Ben Lippen School. perform any other non-teaching duties as assigned by the middle school principal. Qualifications The ideal candidate for a middle school teaching position should possess: Minimum of bachelor's degree in subject area (or in a closely related field). Dedication to biblical integration in classroom lessons and activities. Content mastery and understanding. Ability to manage a classroom effectively, teach with excellence, and create an engaging, relational, and joy-filled learning environment for students. A clear desire and ability to teach in a student-centered, problem-based learning environment. Demonstrate excellence in planning, teamwork, and communication. We are looking for teachers who are willing to be creative, have a strong work ethic, can think "outside the box," and can work effectively as part of a team.
