Job Description

Do you love everything science? Club SciKidz is hiring inspiring, fun, creative people to teach in our STEM after-school programs for 3-5 afternoons per week. All supplies, curriculum, and training are provided. Our one-hour STEM classes take place at local elementary schools immediately after school. Teachers are paid a starting rate of $20-25 for each 1 hr. class taught. This is a very part-time position. Must be available to work from 2 - 4 PM, September 2026 through May 2027 Locations in Fort Mill and Tega Cay Instructors are assigned to schools and stay at the same school throughout the term.
Required Skills:
Proven experience working with groups of children (such as coaching, scout's leader, retired teacher, aid in the classroom, a current teacher, a classroom volunteer, etc.) Highly energetic and enthusiastic Background in science is preferred, but not mandatory. Training and ongoing support provided. Reliable transportation required. Availability to teach during after-school hours August through May.

Club SciKidz operates summer camps, in-school field trips, and after-school programs. Our company is an equal opportunity employer. This position is part-time only. You must have proven experience working with groups of children. Monthly payroll completed through direct deposit.
