We are a ministry first, and our goal is to point students to Christ in all that we do. Staff are expected to serve as positive, Christ-like role models for students while offering a safe and caring environment.

Grace Place Staff Interest Form Responsibilities Provide a positive Christ-first example for all students. Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts. Supervise and engage with students throughout the day when students are in our care. Participate in games, activities, snack help, and other daily programming. Help create a fun environment where kids can learn, grow, and enjoy being kids Help enforce and abide by standards, policies, and procedures for the Department of Education. Help monitor bus transportation to ensure student safety for Afterschool or Field Trips. Work with all staff members and be flexible when asked to assist different groups. Attend all required staff meetings and trainings
