Job Description

This full-time or part-time position is year round. Our Explorer program is a fun after-school program in which you will lead a group of 5-11 year old children to explore creative expression, sports, technology, drama, music and games as well as provide children with homework help. You will have the opportunity to assist in our preschool childcare program from 6 weeks old to 5 years old in the mornings and early afternoons. Shift Schedule:
Part-Time for 1:00-6:00 PM or 2:00-6:00PM | Full-Time with Benefits for 9:00-6:00

Responsibilities:
Prepare for art, robotics, science experiments, games and more! Provide homework help Maintain a safe environment for students Support students' social and emotional growth through intentional lessons as well as coaching Do music, read books, do art, and so much more! Provide communication to parents through conversations, messaging and taking pictures to share the child's day
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year experience required. Teachers should have experience working with children, if not in a formal school setting or childcare center. Ability to work Monday-Friday Ability to communicate in English, reading, writing and speaking Open to growth and dedicated to teamwork
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
