Key Responsibilities Restorative Leadership:

Facilitate a classroom culture rooted in restorative circles and proactive relationship-building.

Differentiated Instruction:

Provide high-impact feedback and guidance within a small group setting.

Position Details Course Load:

Two middle school math classes, one middle school technology class, plus a planning period.

Schedule:

Compensation:

$26,000-$28,000 (contingent on experience).

Location:

4407 Red River, Austin, TX 78751. Benefits Direct Deposit is available for part-time and full-time salaried employees. Payday is the 15th and the last day of the month. Health Insurance - through Aetna. Odyssey School pays up to $325 per month toward the employee monthly health insurance premium; any remainder is deducted pre-tax through payroll. Dental Insurance through Principal is available at the employee's expense, with monthly premiums deducted through payroll. Vision Insurance through Principal is available at the employee's expense, with monthly premiums deducted through payroll. Long-Term Disability policy through Principal. The monthly premium is paid by Odyssey. A Life Insurance policy in the amount of $25,000 through Principal. The monthly premium is paid by Odyssey. A Retirement Plan.
