Job Description

Deliver instruction using the Abeka curriculum , adapting lessons to meet varying learning needs Differentiate instruction for both neurotypical students and students with learning differences Modify assignments, pacing, and instructional strategies as needed Maintain high academic expectations while providing appropriate supports Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists (OT, SLP, ABA), and FALCON staff Implement classroom strategies aligned with: Neurodevelopmental supports Sensory integration Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) principles Foster a classroom environment that is structured, inclusive, and relational Support students with emotional regulation and behavioral challenges Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress Track and document student growth across academic and developmental areas
