As the lead, you will coordinate daily activities, manage classroom dynamics, and support team members in delivering enriching youth development experiences. This role is perfect for energetic educators passionate about childhood development and eager to make a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities Lead and supervise children during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being through attentive child supervision and childcare practices Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills in line with youth development program standards Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to create a respectful and inclusive environment Warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others. Be able to relate well with children, and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the company's program and philosophy Yoga and meditation experience or at least personal practice (as a plus). Eco-friendly lifestyle (is a plus) Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through clear communication Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety checks, adhering to first aid protocols, and maintaining accurate incident reports Education High school or equivalent Pursuing a career in teaching preferred but not necessary.
