Company Overview Oak Creek School is a licensed, 4-Star Texas Rising Star child-care and early learning center dedicated to nurturing children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. We focus on creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive through innovative programs and dedicated staff.

Hours:

Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM - 6:30

PM Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage school-age children (up to 12 years old) in a safe, positive environment Assist with homework and encourage good study habits Plan and lead creative, age-appropriate activities (games, STEM projects, arts & crafts, outdoor play, etc.) Foster teamwork, respect, and positive behavior among students Maintain a clean, organized classroom and activity areas Communicate with parents and staff regarding student progress and daily updates Support general classroom and school needs as required

Qualifications:

Experience working with school-age children Strong classroom management and leadership skills Positive, patient, and dependable attitude Ability to create engaging and structured activities Lifeguard Certification a plus Must meet all state licensing requirements and pass a background check
