Looking for a fun, meaningful part-time job? Do you enjoy working with children? Are you creative, energetic, and looking for a position that fits around your college schedule? Redeemer Montessori School is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our afternoon team. This position is ideal for college students pursuing degrees in education, psychology, child development, social work, nursing, or anyone who enjoys making a positive impact in children's lives. You'll spend your afternoons engaging with a small group of approximately 18-20 children through games, art, outdoor play, STEM activities, reading, and creative enrichment while helping create a safe, joyful, and encouraging environment. Schedule Monday-Friday Approximately 2:00 PM-6:00 PM or 12:30 PM-6:00 PM Flexible enough to work around many college class schedules What You'll Do Lead engaging games, crafts, and enrichment activities Supervise children during outdoor play and indoor activities Foster a positive, respectful, and nurturing classroom community Encourage creativity, independence, and problem-solving Help children with homework as needed Work collaboratively with an experienced teaching team Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment We're Looking For Someone Who Is Energetic and dependable Creative and enjoys planning fun activities Patient, positive, and encouraging Able to communicate well with both children and adults Organized and reliable Passionate about helping children learn and grow Preferred Experience Experience is welcomed but not required.
