Description/Notes:

Science Teacher is for grades 6-8.(grade level would depend on experience) Ideal candidate will create a positive, student-centered classroom environment while delivering high-quality, standards-based instruction. This position may include Girls athletics coaching responsibilities depending on candidate qualifications and campus needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate middle school science certification; demonstrated knowledge of science content & instructional practices. Experience teaching middle school students preferred; coaching certification and/or experience (for candidates interested in coaching role) preferred
