Job Description

Are you the kind of person who believes learning should be joyful? PEAK Academy is a relationship-centered microschool serving approximately 40 students ages 5-15 in a unique, mixed-age learning environment. We are seeking an Elementary Guide to join our team and help create meaningful learning experiences for our youngest students. This is not a traditional classroom position. There are no state tests, no scripted curriculum, no one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, there is autonomy, creativity, and plenty of sunshine time. You'll work alongside a small team of passionate educators who believe children learn best through curiosity, connection, creativity, and individualized support. Pay:
