Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Teacher to join our team here at Ivy Kids! As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. You will play a vital role in their development and education, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Duties:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Provide individualized attention and support to children
  • Provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child
Qualifications:
  • College Degree (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of child development best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and promote positive behavior
  • Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children parents/guardians, and colleagues
  • Classroom management skills to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles to facilitate the development of young learners.
  • Positive attitude and behavior that contributes to our school's overall great culture
