Job Description

Job Overview Ascend Performance Academy (APA) is an innovative private school launching this academic year. We are redefining excellence by shifting away from traditional school environments toward a tailored high-performance approach. Our unique model compresses the school day into dedicated, high-impact blocks: 2 hours of High-Performance Academics, 2 hours of High-Performance Athletics, and Life Skills—all underpinned by a thoughtful integration of Christian faith and character development. For our inaugural year, we are keeping our community intentionally small and impactful, serving a tight-knit cohort of roughly 10 students. We are seeking one exceptional, full-time Teacher/Guide to lead this classroom. Instead of standing at a whiteboard delivering top-down lectures, you will be a culture setter, an architect of learning, and a high-level mentor.
