Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Part-time, 2-4 days/week, $18/hour, flexible schedule Job Summary As Science Outreach Program Instructor, you will travel to primarily to various summer programs to lead students through engaging, age-appropriate, hands-on science programs Summer outreach programs begin mid-June and run through mid-August. Compensation and Benefits Pay starts at $18/hour Hours vary, range from 8-20 hours/week Mileage reimbursement available Enjoy teaching children the fascinating wonders of science! Responsibilities Teach 1 Hour Elementary, and 30 minute Preschool Science Programs using our lesson plans. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years experience working with GROUPS of children ages 5-11 is a must A valid driver's license and reliable car Minimum of 2 years of college Teaching certification is not required, but a plus Fun and outgoing personality!
