Job Overview This is a part-time teaching position at an Islamic school. The schedule is five days a week, five hours daily. Join our vibrant educational community as a Part-Time Teacher at our esteemed Islamic school, where your passion for teaching and dedication to student success will inspire learners across various subjects. As a valued team member, you will deliver engaging lessons, foster positive classroom dynamics, and support students in reaching their full potential through innovative instructional strategies. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as English, Math, History, and Islamic Studies. Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and promote active student engagement. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a respectful and disciplined learning environment. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support growth. Incorporate learning technology and instructional design principles to enhance lesson delivery and student understanding. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, extracurricular activities, and school events to foster a cohesive educational experience. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements in compliance with school policies. Skills Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational best practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Proven classroom management skills that promote a positive learning atmosphere. Experience in higher education teaching or private school environments is preferred. Proficiency in using learning technology tools and digital resources for instruction. Ability to mentor students individually and in group settings, supporting their academic and personal development. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures, literacy education techniques, and special education strategies.
