Job Description

Creative Kids Adventures, Inc is looking for motivated and fun individuals to work in our afterschool programs. We have three sites at local elementary schools serving children in grades Kindergarten through fifth grade. Teacher will be responsible for overall supervision and engagement with children. Will ensure follow through of planned and unplanned activities. Support children with all learning abilities and behavior needs in a positive and collaborative effort with school personnel and families. Will follow a general daily routine that provides time for snack, homework, small group activities and outdoor exploration. Daily communication with families is a must. Teacher will actively engage in activities with children and support our philosophy that children be encouraged to follow their imagination to create, discover and explore the materials and world around them. Hours will primarily be 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required during school in-service days and school vacations. Full time summer camp hours will also be available.
Minimum qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older for entry level positions.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
