Snapology Lead Instructor As a Snapology Lead Instructor, you'll lead fun, educational STEAM activities, inspire young learners, and collaborate with our leadership team to ensure a positive experience for school -aged kids..
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead groups of 15- 20 students in curriculum-guided activities Instruct and monitor students, ensuring effective use of learning materials, group dynamics, and equipment. Enforce rules and maintain good classroom management, adhering to Snapology standards. Tailor teaching strategies to meet individual student needs Prepare for each class and handle parent inquiries professionally Encourage positivity and student engagement. Participate in required quarterly paid training and staff meetings.
Qualifications:
Current Criminal and Child Clearances 2+ years of experience working with children in educational settings Education degree or teaching experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Punctuality, reliability and professional.
Programs and Timing:
Snapology offers flexibility with various programs including morning, after school, evening, weekend, and summer sessions.
