STEM Escape Race is an interactive after-school enrichment program that turns learning into an immersive adventure for elementary students. In a brainy, funny, and inclusive environment, students work in teams to crack codes, complete hands-on physical and creative challenges, earn hints, and solve STEM-based puzzle mysteries. Come share your passion for problem-solving, team building, and creative learning while making a positive impact on young people! Responsibilities:
Prepare for and deliver engaging escape room adventures and STEM puzzle lessons. Facilitate hands-on physical challenges, code-breaking activities, and team problem-solving exercises. Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to students. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment for all participants. Keep attendance records and manage class administrative tasks. Transport class equipment and supplies. Help improve and provide feedback on the escape room curriculum.Qualifications:
Passion for interactive games, puzzles, STEM, and creative problem-solving. Genuine enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children. Ability to create a positive, energetic, and encouraging learning environment. Strong leadership, patience, and communication skills to guide kids through puzzle challenges. Prior experience working with school-aged children in an after-school, camp, or classroom setting is a plus.Important Notes:
This position requires a background check. Instructor will provide their own laptop to project the Escape Room activity. Certain school location may require a car to transport class supplies and puzzle materials to and from the school.Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$35.00- $50.
