21st Century Preparatory School | Racine, Wisconsin Position Overview 21st Century Preparatory School is seeking a passionate, student-centered 7th & 8th Grade Mathematics Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an educator who believes all students can achieve at high levels and is committed to creating engaging, rigorous, and supportive learning experiences that prepare students for success in high school and beyond. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned mathematics instruction for students in grades 7 and 8. Use student data to differentiate instruction and monitor academic growth. Foster a positive, structured classroom culture built on high expectations and strong relationships. Collaborate with colleagues in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to improve student outcomes. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom expectations. Integrate technology and hands-on learning opportunities to deepen mathematical understanding. Support students' social-emotional growth while maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment. Participate in school events, professional development, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid Wisconsin teaching license (or eligibility to obtain one) in Mathematics or Middle Childhood-Early Adolescence education. Strong knowledge of middle school mathematics content and instructional best practices. Experience using assessment data to drive instruction is preferred.
