In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the academic and personal growth of students across various grade levels. Your expertise will foster an engaging, inclusive, and innovative classroom environment where students develop essential skills in literacy, mathematics, and social-emotional learning. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and committed to inspiring young learners through dynamic teaching methods and modern learning technologies. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curricula aligned with educational standards for K to 12th grade students, incorporating innovative teaching strategies and learning technology tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS). Design engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, including special education needs and students with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies, and positive reinforcement to promote a safe and productive learning space. Utilize LMS platforms for tracking student progress, administering assessments, and providing timely feedback to support student achievement. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to evaluate student understanding and inform instructional adjustments. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development projects, integrating Montessori or other specialized educational approaches when appropriate. Support students' social-emotional development through tutoring, mentorship, and personalized interventions tailored to individual needs. Engage with parents and guardians through clear communication about student progress, behavioral concerns, and academic achievements. Incorporate literacy education, math instruction, library services, and writing skills into daily lessons to foster well-rounded academic growth. Participate in ongoing professional development focused on childhood development, learning technology advancements, behavior management techniques, and inclusive education practices. Experience Prior classroom experience in a K to 12th grade setting within private or preparatory school environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple subjects such as literacy education and math instruction. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or working with individuals with disabilities. Familiarity with LMS platforms for digital instruction, assessment administration, and student data management. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and tutoring strategies to support student success. Background in childhood development theories and effective classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior. Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
