Design and control budget. Design staff template and hire people, train, observe and evaluate them, then guide them to improved performance.

Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred. Minimum five years' coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred. Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role. Knowledge of USSA, Western Region, FWSC procedures USSCA National certification or equivalent ​

Pay:
