Director of Children's Ministries — Part-TimeLake Bible Church | Lake Oswego, Oregon Lake Bible Church is looking for the right person to help us build a growing ministry for our children and families. Our goal is that every child at Lake grows up to know Jesus, love Jesus, and follow Jesus for their whole life. We don't have lone rangers. We want a team builder—someone who is excited to recruit, equip, encourage, and empower other people to serve. It's important that you love Jesus, love kids, and enjoy connecting with parents. Experience and education are helpful, but we're much more interested in finding someone with the character, ability, energy, and heart to build something. What You'll LeadYou'll provide leadership for our children's ministry, especially on Sunday mornings. The role will flex according to your gifts and experience, but it will likely include: Leading and developing our children's ministry team.

Overseeing Sunday morning programming, check-in, and safety.

Connecting with new children and families.

Coordinating curriculum and communication.

Supporting our midweek children's ministry and its leaders.

Helping develop several special events for children and families each year.

What We're BuildingWe want to build a children's ministry where kids love coming and parents trust us. We believe the best children's ministry isn't built around one talented person. It's built around a healthy team of people who are excited to invest in the next generation. Hours & CompensationThis is a part-time position, generally 20-25 hours per week, including consistent Sunday morning availability and flexible hours during the week. Compensation is expected to be $28-$33 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the scope of the role. We have some flexibility in both hours and compensation. Our priority is finding the right person, and we're open to shaping the position around the strengths, experience, and availability of the right candidate.
