House Hockey Director Nashville Youth Hockey League Nashville, TN Job Details Full-time $40,000 - $60,000 a year 16 hours ago Qualifications Volunteer management Sports team experience Sports coaching Relationship building Organizational skills Leadership Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Nashville Youth Hockey League (NYHL) is hiring a full-time House Hockey Director to lead and grow its youth hockey House Program at Centennial Sportsplex in Nashville, Tennessee. This hockey director role is ideal for a leader with youth hockey coaching experience who is passionate about player development, coach development, and creating a positive experience for players and families. The House Hockey Director will oversee House League and All-Star programming, support and mentor volunteer coaches, lead player evaluations and team placement, and help strengthen the overall family experience within one of the region's most respected youth hockey organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead NYHL's House League and All-Star youth hockey programs Drive player development and support a positive family experience Recruit, mentor, and support volunteer youth hockey coaches Oversee player evaluations, team placement, clinics, camps, and seasonal development programming Serve as a visible leader for families, league leadership, and the local hockey community Qualifications Previous coaching experience required Youth hockey leadership, hockey director, or program leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills USA Hockey Level 4 or Level 5 certification preferred, or ability to obtain it Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on program needs How to Apply To apply, submit a resume, cover letter, and three professional references to .
