This includes the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project. What This Role Is About As an Architectural Project Manager at Unrivaled, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing complex projects including museums, permanent installations, and various experiential works. You'll provide value engineering solutions, specify materials, and oversee the production timeline, budget, and deliverables-ensuring every project is a success, even when faced with unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to provide engineering solutions, material specifications, and guidance on building techniques, hardware, and electrical/lighting specifications. Drive projects through their timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes. Experience in creating and managing submittals. Develop and maintain flexible and evolving production schedules and project budgets. Oversee the lifecycle of work orders, ensuring accuracy, intended outcomes, execution, and quality assurance. Create and manage change orders, maintaining organized and thorough documentation. Facilitate meetings with project teams, serving as the primary information liaison among all team members. Build and manage a robust external vendor network. Oversee external vendors, providing drawings, ensuring quality, and managing output and schedules. Travel as necessary for on-site inspections and supervision Who We're Looking For Minimum Requirements (Read Before Applying): 3+ years of professional experience in Project Management, construction management, museums, or architecture. Understanding of construction documentation, procedures, materials and PM principles. Must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, resolve conflicts, as well as general project management skills Experience with REVIT / Fusion 360 / AutoCAD / SketchUp is a plus Experience working with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus Excellent communication skills with team, client and vendors Familiar with completing projects with Government Funding (i.e. Division of Facilities and Construction Management ) Experienced with Excel or Google Sheets Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Proficient in Google Suite Experience with PM software Teamwork Knowledge of standard build methods and materials. Results oriented manager with the ability to identify areas for improvement. Knowledge of CNC routing, laser cutting, or other fabrication processes. Why Join Us?
