Allegro Music & Dance is hiring a piano teacher for our Foothills Tucson location . We currently have piano students ready to enroll and are looking for a reliable, engaging teacher to join our team. About the Position Allegro Music & Dance is an established, growing music and dance school with two Tucson locations. Our Eastside studio is expanding, and we are looking for a piano instructor who enjoys working with beginner and intermediate students of all ages. This is an ideal position for: Music majors or graduates Gigging musicians Experienced private instructors What We Offer Steady stream of students (no need to find your own) Students currently waiting to enroll Front desk and scheduling support (Opus1 system) Recitals and performance opportunities Flexible scheduling beyond required hours Supportive, professional team environment Responsibilities Teach private piano lessons (beginner to intermediate) Create a positive, engaging learning environment Track student progress and communicate with families Prepare students for optional recitals Qualifications Strong piano proficiency required University-level music training and/or professional performance experience preferred Teaching experience (private or classroom) strongly preferred Ability to work with students of all ages Reliable and consistent availability Strong communication skills Ideal Candidate We are looking for a teacher who is: Passionate about music education Reliable and professional Engaging and positive with students Interested in building a consistent weekly schedule Compensation $25-$35 per hour (based on experience) Opportunity to quickly build a full teaching schedule based on availability.
