Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students of all ages. Your role will involve developing and implementing lesson plans, providing instruction, assessing student progress, and fostering a love of learning.Duties:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide instruction to students in various subjects, such as ballet, childcare, special education, and adult education
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of evaluation
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and educational programs
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction and engage students
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development
