Job Description
Overview Virtuosos Russian Music Academy is looking for a professional, mid-high level musician that will teach drums to students of all ages on a majority of private 1-on-1 basis. Responsibilities Follow comprehensive VRMA curriculum plans that incorporate various musical styles, instruments, and teaching methods to suit different age groups and skill levels Deliver engaging , interactive lessons that motivate students and foster a love for music Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, discipline, and positive behavior management Provide personalized lessons to support individual student progress and address specific learning needs Prepare students for performances, recitals, and showcases to celebrate student achievements and build confidence Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingl We are a warm family environment and are supportive to all of our staff and students.
