In this energetic role, you will design engaging lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and help students unlock their vocal potential. We are a music college and most of our students are adults and young adults. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate learners to grow their confidence and musical abilities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through music education while cultivating a love for singing. Responsibilities Develop customized curriculum plans tailored to each student's skill level, goals, and interests in vocal performance Conduct engaging voice lessons that incorporate proper technique, breath control, pitch accuracy, and stage presence Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a supportive and respectful environment for all students Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their vocal skills and performance confidence Organize performance opportunities, recitals, or showcases to celebrate student achievements Collaborate with parents or guardians for younger students on progress updates and support strategies Incorporate diverse musical genres and styles to broaden students' musical horizons and versatility Requirements Proven experience in teaching singing or vocal coaching. Strong knowledge of vocal techniques, music theory, and performance skills Ability to develop creative lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles Excellent classroom one on one skills to foster a positive learning environment Experience working with adult learners in educational settings Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning tools Join us as a Vocal Instructor and help students discover their unique voices!
