As a key member of our academy team, you will foster a love for music while guiding students through technical mastery, musical expression, and performance skills. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong foundation in violin pedagogy to help learners achieve their musical goals in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's age, skill level, and musical interests, incorporating curriculum development best practices. Deliver engaging piano instruction that emphasizes technique, sight-reading, music theory, and expressive playing. Work with children and adults, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and developmental stages. Qualifications Proven experience in teaching piano to diverse age groups, including children, teenagers, and adults. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Ability to work effectively with students with varying needs. Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and colleagues.
