Job Summary Join our vibrant music education team as a Voice or Piano Instructor, where your passion for music and teaching will inspire students of all ages to reach their full potential. Duties Deliver engaging voice or piano instruction that emphasizes proper technique, musicality, and expression Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence Track student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Prepare students for recitals, performances, or exams by guiding practice routines and offering constructive feedback Foster a nurturing environment that promotes creativity, discipline, and enjoyment of music Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate student achievements and areas for improvement Skills Strong background in voice and piano performance with the ability to teach diverse musical styles Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to individual needs Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and motivating learning environment Proven ability to work effectively with children, teenagers, and adult learners of varying skill levels Knowledge of early childhood education principles and preschool experience is a plus Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support student engagement and discipline Ability to incorporate additional skills such as theater, dance, or musical theater into lessons for a well-rounded approach Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, parents, and colleagues Passion for fostering childhood development through music education Join us in shaping the next generation of musicians!
