In this role, you will deliver personalized piano lessons that foster technical skill, musicality, and confidence. Your enthusiasm for teaching and strong communication skills will create an engaging learning environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives through the art of piano playing.
Days / Hours
We need someone to teach on 1 or more days weekly from 4pm to 8pm on weekdays or 11am to 4pm on Saturdays. Teacher choose their own days and times to teach. Responsibilities Develop lesson plans tailored to each student's skill level, goals, and learning style, incorporating curriculum development best practices. Provide engaging instruction in piano techniques, music theory, sight-reading, and performance skills. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to maximize growth. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages creativity, self-expression, and a love for music among students of diverse backgrounds and ages.. Experience Music background in piano, experience taking lessons, learning from method books. Previous teaching experience a plus, but not necessary. Formal music education is beneficial.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
