Job Description

Are you passionate about helping singers find their unique sound? Our academy is looking for a Vocal Performance Coach to guide students through the fundamentals of breath control, pitch, and artistry. We specialize in early childhood development, meaning you will work with students starting at age 4 , helping them discover their voices in a fun, supportive environment.
Age Requirement:
We believe in fostering young talent! Motivated and skilled minors (ages 15+) are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent role for high school vocalists looking to build their resumes in music education. What You'll Do Provide individualized vocal coaching focused on healthy technique and vocal longevity. Guide young beginners (ages 4+) through basic ear training and simple melodies. Help older students prepare for auditions, performances, or recording sessions. Select age-appropriate repertoire that keeps students excited and engaged.
Professional Standards:
Reliability is Key Success in this role depends entirely on your presence. Because our students look forward to their lessons all week, we require:
Strict Punctuality:
You must be present and ready to begin at the exact start time of your shift.
Consistency:
Our parents value a stable learning environment. We need an instructor who views their teaching schedule as a priority and rarely misses a session. Desired Skills Strong knowledge of vocal anatomy, breath support, and pitch correction. Ability to teach various genres (Contemporary, Pop, Musical Theater, etc.). A warm, encouraging personality that puts students at ease. For 15-year-old applicants: Must demonstrate a high level of maturity and have a reliable way to get to the studio.
