Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Piano Instructor to inspire students of all ages to discover the joy of music through piano playing. In this role, you will deliver engaging, personalized lessons that foster musical growth, technical skill, and confidence. Your enthusiasm and expertise will create a welcoming environment where students feel motivated to reach their full potential. Duties Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's skill level, goals, and learning style Teach proper piano technique, music theory, sight-reading, and performance skills Manage lesson activities effectively, ensuring a structured yet flexible learning environment Track student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support growth Prepare students for recitals, exams, or performances as appropriate Communicate clearly with parents or guardians about student development and upcoming events Requirements Proven experience teaching piano to diverse age groups, including children and adults Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students actively Excellent communication skills to clearly convey musical concepts and motivate learners Knowledge of music theory, sight-reading, and performance techniques Ability to work with students of varying skill levels and adapt teaching methods accordingly Prior experience in tutoring or adult education is a plus Passion for fostering a love of music and inspiring others through teaching Join us in shaping the next generation of musicians!
