Develop and implement engaging, rigorous, and personalized lesson plans for K-6 students, aligning with state standards in all core subject areas (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies).Assessment:
Utilize student information systems to track data, assess student growth, and drive instructional decisions.Classroom Culture:
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.Collaboration:
Work with the grade-level team, special education staff, and administration to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and student intervention practices.Communication:
Maintain regular and positive communication with families regarding student progress. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (Master's preferred). Valid State Teaching Certificate with Elementary Education endorsement (K-5 or K-6). Demonstrated proficiency in technology, including Google Workspace and virtual classroom platforms.
