We believe that music education should be a fun and inspiring journey, not a stressful pursuit of perfection. Our goal is to foster a lifelong love for music through a positive and nurturing environment for students of all ages and skill levels. We specialize in personalized, one-on-one instruction that is tailored to each student's unique goals and learning style. The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Instructor to join our team with a focus on teaching Voice and Piano. The ideal candidate is a skilled musician and a natural educator who can connect with students, create engaging lesson plans, and inspire a genuine passion for music. This is a flexible, part-time position with opportunities to grow with our academy. Responsibilities Teach effective one-on-one lessons in voice and piano to students of varying ages and skill levels. Develop and implement customized lesson plans that cater to the unique learning style and goals of each student. Instruct students in fundamental music theory, vocal techniques, and piano skills, including sight-reading and ear training. Communicate regularly and professionally with students and their parents to provide progress updates. Cultivate a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.
