Job Summary Voice Instructor / Voice Coach Parkway Playhouse School of Performing Arts Burnsville, NC | Part-Time | On-Site $50 per hour Are you passionate about helping singers discover their voice and reach their full potential? Due to the continued growth of our private voice lesson program, Parkway Playhouse Performing Arts Academy is expanding our team of professional voice instructors. Our studio has experienced tremendous interest, and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic teacher to help meet the demand for private voice instruction. Join a collaborative team of professional educators dedicated to developing confident, well-rounded performers in a supportive and encouraging environment. What You'll Do Teach one-on-one private voice lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels. Provide instruction in healthy vocal technique, musicianship, and performance skills. Help students prepare for auditions, performances, competitions, and personal goals as desired. Foster a positive, encouraging, and inspiring learning environment. Communicate professionally with students, families, and academy staff. Qualifications Degree in music, musical theatre, vocal performance, music education, or equivalent professional experience. Experience teaching students of different ages and abilities. Knowledge of musical theatre repertoire is preferred; classical training is also valued. Reliable, organized, and passionate about arts education. Schedule Flexible schedule based on your availability Lessons take place on-site at Parkway Playhouse after school on weekdays. Instructors typically teach 2-3 afternoons/evenings per week , with opportunities to grow as enrollment continues. Compensation $50 per hour Why Join Parkway?
