Full Job Description Description:
We're looking for friendly people who love music to join us as Piano, Voice, Guitar and/or Violin Teachers in our new location on Northwest Cary. No teaching experience needed; we can train you! If you enjoy working with kids and adults and can work after school hours in Cary (Amberly Area), we want to hear from you. Knowledge of basic theory and note reading is very helpful for this position!
Responsibilities:
Teach beginning piano and/or guitar, or voice, violin to students of all ages. Teach group or private lessons and semi-private lessons. Make lessons fun and enjoyable for everyone. Learn from our training and get better every day. Talk with students and communicate progress to parents Prepare students for recitals and RCM Testing (when applicable) Collaborate with other teachers as needed
Requirements:
Experience with music lessons and/or learning an instrument Experience working with kids. Love music and enjoy sharing it with others. Ready to learn new things and try your best. Availability during weekdays (3:30pm-8:30pm), and/or weekends (9:30am-6pm) Friendly and good at talking to people, or willing to learn! Be able to work year round.
