This position focuses heavily on customer interaction, group engagement, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Advanced musical training is not required — we are willing to train the right personality. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, comfortable speaking in front of groups, and enjoys helping people have fun while learning. Responsibilities Lead group music classes and workshops Create a positive and engaging classroom environment Interact with customers and encourage participation Help demonstrate basic musical concepts and features Support special events, presentations, and promotions Work closely with management and instructors Travel occasionally for events and workshops when needed Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Outgoing personality and positive attitude Dependable and professional Comfortable speaking to groups Ability to learn basic keyboard/music concepts Experience in customer service, hospitality, theater, education, music, or public speaking is a plus Position Details Full-time Monday through Friday Training provided Starting pay: $15 per hour plus bonuses About Critchett's Lowrey Legacy Critchett's Lowrey Legacy specializes in music education and entertainment experiences centered around the legendary Lowrey tradition.
