Music and Movement Teacher

Early Childhood Creative Play & Music Facilitator (Part-Time) West Village, NYC Are you fun, loving, and full of energy? Do you light up a room with music, movement, and playful connection? We're looking for a warm, engaging facilitator to join our early childhood team in the heart of the West Village! This is a unique opportunity to work with babies, toddlers (0-3 years), and their grown-ups in our highly respected Grown-Up & Me early childhood program. We're seeking someone who loves to sing, move, create, and spark joy in young children while guiding parents and caregivers through enriching, developmentally inspired play experiences. The Role ✅ Lead interactive classes that include music, movement, creative play, sensory activities, story time, and simple art projects ✅ Build warm relationships with both grown-ups and children, creating a fun, supportive environment ✅ Bring energy, warmth, and playfulness to every session—singing and instrument playing (guitar or ukulele a plus!) encouraged ✅ Assist with program setup and maintain a clean, inviting classroom space ✅

Lead birthday parties and special weekend events for additional hours Schedule & Details Part-time, Monday-Friday mornings (ending by 2 PM) Opportunity for additional hours on weekends for parties or special events Located in the West Village, NYC Who You Are Fun, warm, and naturally great with both kids and adults Energetic, engaging performer—you're not afraid to sing, dance, and be silly!
