Full Job Description You:

you are a passionate and engaging voice and piano instructor. Looking for someone dedicated to growing into a long term teaching position and able to handle a workload of twenty one on one students a week or more. Having your own transportation is a must. Must be able to adapt to our school culture and be able to fit in well with other instructors. Great communication skills are an absolute must. Must be able and willing to give regular updates to parents about student progress. Looking for someone who is comfortable teaching children and adults. After basic orientation, needing minimal supervision is a big plus. You will be part of the best private music school in philadelphia and will teach with engaged and talented educators. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Facilitate engaging and interactive classroom activities that promote student participation. Provide individualized support and tutoring to students, adapting teaching methods to meet their unique learning needs. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum materials that enhance learning experiences. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student expression and growth. Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
