Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' skill levels in vocal and piano performance. Conduct individual classes focusing on technique, musicality, sight-reading, improvisation, and performance skills. Incorporate curriculum development strategies to enhance learning experiences across various age groups and skill levels. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive, respectful environment conducive to creative growth. Prepare students for recitals, performances, or examinations by guiding practice routines and stage presence. Skills Proven experience working with children and youth programs teaching music or performing arts. Strong background in teaching visual & performing arts, including vocal training and piano instruction. Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Proficiency with musical instruments (piano) and vocal techniques for diverse learners. Experience teaching instrumental performance, singing techniques, or early childhood education is highly desirable. Ability to foster a supportive environment for students with special needs or in special education settings.
