Catholic Elementary School About Our School We are a growing Catholic elementary school serving families in the Nolensville and Williamson County community. Rooted in the Catholic faith, we are committed to forming the whole child—academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. As our school and enrollment continue to grow, we are seeking to add additional Specials & Enrichment Teachers to join our faculty for the 2027-2028 school year to support our expanding student body. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who enjoys working with children across multiple grade levels and wants to play an important role in building a vibrant enrichment program within a growing school community. Position Overview Our Specials & Enrichment Teachers provide engaging, developmentally appropriate enrichment experiences for students in PreK through 8th grades. Depending on the candidate's background and the needs of the school, responsibilities may include teaching one or more areas such as: Art Music Spanish or world language
STEM / STEAM
Library / media Technology Physical education Innovation or project-based learning Other enrichment offerings We are especially interested in candidates who bring creativity, flexibility, and a willingness to help develop new programs as our school expands. Key Responsibilities Plan and teach engaging enrichment lessons appropriate for elementary-aged students. Create a positive, joyful, and structured classroom environment. Integrate Catholic values and the school's mission into instruction and student interactions. Foster students' creativity, curiosity, confidence, and love of learning. Collaborate with classroom teachers to support students and strengthen connections across the curriculum. Contribute to performances, exhibitions, showcases, special events, or other enrichment opportunities as appropriate. Support the continued development and growth of the school's specials/enrichment program. Perform other duties consistent with the mission and needs of the school.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education and a State Of TN teaching license. Experience working with elementary-aged children. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Commitment to supporting the mission and values of a Catholic school. Professionalism, flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.
