2 Arlington, VA Job Details Full-time 15 hours ago Qualifications Teaching instrumental performance Full Job Description This position is a 1.0 FTE located within the Department of Academics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and community members. Flexible, dependable, and highly organized. Must be team oriented and able to work cohesively with others and meet timelines. Must be organized with excellent written and oral communication skills.
EXPERIENCE
Experience teaching middle and/or high school students. Successful teaching experience and curricular knowledge. Experience implementing best practices in Strings Instruction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure. Must be endorsed in Instrumental music. Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.
