Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate music into the broader educational experience. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement. Stay current with music education trends and incorporate new teaching strategies and technologies into the classroom. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification in music for the state of Washington. Proven experience teaching music in a school setting, preferred. Strong proficiency in one or more musical instruments and/or voice. Knowledge of various music genres, teaching methodologies, and assessment techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
