Full-time Job Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to support organizational staffing needs. This position develops and implements recruitment strategies, posts job opportunities on internal and external platforms, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews and participates in job fairs and community outreach events. The Recruitment Coordinator delivers a high level of customer service and maintains consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities include ensuring all pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, background investigations, drug screenings, and system entries are completed accurately and in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The position also manages candidate pipelines, maintains data integrity, and supports enrollment of new employees into required systems, including HRIS and ADP platforms. This position safeguards the confidentiality, accuracy, and security of employee records while supporting positive internal and external relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential. Regular attendance is required, with occasional extended hours or weekend work necessary to meet operational needs and project deadlines. In addition, the Recruiutment Coordinator provides mentorship, training, and guidance to the Administrative/Recruitment Assistant to support succession planning and ensure the continuity within HR recruitment operations. The role also performs general administrative and records mangement support for the Human Resources department.
