Are you the type of person that wants to make a difference in other people's lives? Where you coach, motivate and inspire students. Along every step of their guitar journey. Be Professional Role:
Part-Time, Entry-Level Guitar Teacher. They are an essential component of our student lesson experience. They understand they're more than a teacher, they are a coach, a guide, and a trusted advisor who wants to see the student succeed at the highest level on the instrument. While having a fun experience in the process. We will train you how to deliver an exception lesson experience. Create lesson plans. Deliver materials. And, how to properly engage with students.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching in-person guitar lessons
  • Provide students with a clear roadmap and lesson plan to achieve THEIR goals on the guitar (via our lesson method).
  • Keeping detailed Student notes
  • Tracking Student attendance
  • Tracking Student progress
  • Coach, motivate and inspire students at every stage of their guitar journey.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
  • Prompt communication with clients
  • Prompt communication with internal team
Key Requirements:
  • Motivated teammate with a can-do mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, forward-moving environment.
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent at building rapport
  • Good with meeting new people
  • High attention to detail
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Open to being coached and growing rapidly
  • Ability to present topics and ideas in front of clients
  • Strong ability to read tablature, rhythms, chord diagrams & charts.
  • Competent playing level, degree NOT required.
  • Willing to be trained and coached on how to teach our lesson method.
  • Self-sufficient and able to effectively manage your own time.
  • Well organized with planning, materials and to-do lists.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Availability:
Monday - Friday 4:00pm to 9:00pm Or, Saturday & Sunday 10:00am to 2:00pm
Position:
Part-Time, Entry-Level Guitar Teacher Compensation:
$17.13/hr to $25/hr entry-level during training Plus opportunities for bonuses or commission once trained.
