Job Description

Cathedral Chapel School is seeking a caring, organized, and enthusiastic elementary teacher for a 3rd/4th grade Multi-Age class. The ideal candidate will create a positive and structured classroom environment while supporting the academic, social, and spiritual growth of the students.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with the school's philosophy, Catholic teachings, and academic standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports student growth in faith and learning. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Integrate faith-based teachings and Catholic values into daily lessons and activities. Assess student progress through observation, documentation, and formative assessments. Maintain open and proactive communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Participate in school Masses, religious celebrations, and Catholic community events. Engage in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's mission and vision. Uphold school policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required. Master's and/or Teaching Credential in progress is acceptable. Practicing Catholic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a Catholic or faith-based school setting. Experience working in a middle school classroom. Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction.

New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
