Job Description

Position Summary California Baptist University's School of Christian Ministries invites applicants for a part-time, adjunct position. Qualifications A terminal degree in the field is preferred, although candidates with a master's degree who are working toward a terminal degree, or have significant experience in the field, may be considered. Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and demonstrate a clear understanding of, and commitment to, excellence in teaching through the integration of the Christian faith and learning. Candidates must affirm Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and be a member of a Southern Baptist Church. Teaching Responsibilities This position involves teaching responsibilities in the undergraduate areas of Christian Ministry. Strong candidates will demonstrate confirmation of teaching effectiveness, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the flexibility to teach in an online and/or hybrid setting.
